Terms & Conditions

Any estimates compiled by Love Your Car for any body and paint repair work jointly identified by Love Your Car and the customer.  Any further work deemed necessary by Love Your Car will not be carried  out without the prior authorisation from the customer.

All repairs will be carried out using approved paint and materials and all effort will be made to return the vehicle to a high quality of repair.

Love You Car will guarantee repairs for as long as the customer owns the vehicle at no extra cost to the customer, this is subject to an annual check of the vehicle at a Love Your Car centre. This guarantee is non transferable.
This guarantee does not apply to further impact damage, chipping, rust or corrosion evident or not at the time of the repair.

Unfortunately we cannot guarantee any corrosion repairs.

It is the customer’s responsibility for the aftercare of the repair and Love Your Car cannot be held responsible for damage due to poor after care by the customer. After care instructions can be given on request.
It is the customer’s responsibility to keep all receipts relating to the repair as proof of payment. Any claims without a receipt will be at the discretion of Love Your Car.

Third party repair costs need to be settled before release of the vehicle
